RETURNS & Exchanges
At Rafter, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you decide you would like to return an item, we accept returns in unworn, new condition for refund or exchange. Orders have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items for exchange or refund. All footwear must be returned with the original, undamaged, unmarked Rafter shoe box, inside of a separate shipping box marked with the cardholder's name.
Please use the return label included with your shipment. If you did not receive a return label, please contact us and we will email it to you.
Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.
Physical Retail Store and Other Online Retail Purchases unfortunately cannot be accepted for exchanges or refunds from rafterclub.com.
Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will proceed with your exchange or refund. Please allow 3-5 days to process your exchange or refund. Exchange requests greater than the original purchase will be charged (to the original form of payment) for the difference in price. Exchange orders less than the original purchase will be refunded the difference in price to the original form of payment.
Please Note: when shipping items back to Rafter, customers should choose a shipping service that offers tracking and insure the item for full value. Rafter is not responsible for damaged or lost shipments.
